Methodology<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To guarantee the reliability and quality of the electronic products we manufacture, the industrialization department works closely with designers and customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Together, they define the methods and tools to be implemented in order to design an industrialize product (reliable and suited to production technologies).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This enables us to meet the most stringent functional, regulatory and quality requirements.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Design for X (DFX)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We use a method called DFX (Design for Excellence).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It involves following a set of rules to design a product in the best possible way, taking into account the priorities set out in the specifications.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    We seek solutions that reduce the overall cost of the product by optimising both the choice of components and the manufacturing processes.

  • \ud83d\udccc Constraints<\/strong> (DFCO)<\/strong>
    We aim for maximum reliability by preparing a rigorous test plan: testing under extreme conditions, analysis of possible failures, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), calculation of failure rate (MTBF), etc.

  • \ud83d\udccc Manufacturing (DFM)
    <\/strong>We choose the right technologies and partners to manufacture the product, while complying with manufacturing rules from the design stage onwards, particularly for printed circuit boards. This enables us to achieve high quality and reliability.

  • \ud83d\udccc Tests (DFT)<\/strong>
    From the outset, we consider how to test the product effectively: which tools to use, how to achieve good coverage, and how to detect defects quickly.

  • \ud83d\udccc Assembly (DFA)<\/strong>
    The product must be easy to assemble and disassemble, without risk of damage, and in a minimum amount of time.

  • \ud83d\udccc Supply chain (DFS)<\/strong>
    We simplify the manufacturing process: fewer unnecessary steps, consolidation of tasks, and use of the right expertise.

  • \ud83d\udccc Maintenance (DFMa)<\/strong>
    Simple tools are provided to diagnose and repair faults. This allows the product to remain available and functional for longer.

    We design the product to consume less energy, be easier to dismantle, and more recyclable at the end of its life. And we choose local partners to avoid transport and shipping.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
